Hi, I’m Sammi — a personal trainer, yoga instructor, former athlete, and now a mom to a toddler.
My own prenatal and postpartum fitness journey taught me that real progress takes patience, consistency, and a whole lot of grace. That experience inspired me to help other women feel strong, supported, and empowered through movement — especially during busy, demanding seasons of life.
I’m a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with a background in physical education and coaching, but motherhood taught me the most about what strength really means. My approach goes beyond workouts. I focus on building sustainable routines, simple systems, and habits that make movement fit into real life.
My training sessions are fun, supportive, and fully customized to your goals. I work with women of all ages and life stages — whether you’re easing back in or ready to level up, you’ll find a safe, empowering space here.
