MBS: On Demand is unique because it isn’t just about completing workouts or chasing a certain look. It combines strength, mobility, core connection, and intentional movement to help women feel strong, capable, and confident through every stage of life.
The focus is on how your body moves and functions, not just how hard you can work. Every workout is designed to build real strength while improving control, mobility, stability, and body awareness so that what you do in your workouts actually carries over into everyday life.

All you need is an exercise mat or soft flooring, a few sets of dumbbells (3s, 5s, 10s would be a great starting place for a beginner, but you can adjust to your current fitness level), and loop resistance bands.
A 9 inch pilates ball is optional if you have one, but not necessary to get started.Equipment used in each class will be listed in the description.

Sammi offers modifications and progressions while instructing, so you always have an option that fits where you're at that day. One of the main goals of MBS: On Demand workouts is to help you feel in tune with your body. If a particular exercise doesn't work well for you, it's always okay to take a break or swap in a different exercise that works better.
This is your workout, and you should feel strong and safe in it.
